  I just want to thank Jennifer F at this branch for providing my wife and I with excellent customer service. She took time to handle a matter for us on short notice. We greatly appreciated that. Every time I come to this branch, Jennifer, Alicia and Lori greet me with a smile. Customer service goes a long way these days, and the people at this branch know how to treat customers. Will definitely visit this branch more often!

  Avoid these deceitful people! I got an account here to apply for a credit card. I went to talk to someone in person to ask a few questions before applying online. The person I talked to was overly insistent on having them do the application for me and I ended up agreeing. Well when I got the forms emailed to me to sign with the credit card agreement I found they snuck in at the end of twenty something pages a check mark for "Safety Net Protection Plan Contract" which very vaguely stated they would be taking a fee of about 0.4% of my balance per month, or 5% per year for this plan which I was given absolutely no information about. There was no information about this in the document at all besides the rate. I could not uncheck the box so I declined the contract. When I asked them about it they said they thought they emailed me information about the plan but they must have forgot because they were busy. No they didn't forget, they were hoping I'd skim over the 20 plus pages and miss this at the end, all the parts to sign were at the top. You don't add something like this to a contract and "forget" to tell someone or ask them about it. They get a commission for this and are hoping you won't notice it on your bill.
