      This place is awesome! They are very user friendly. I've banked with them since freshmen year in college which now has been over 10years. I've had two personal loans through them;t helped me organize a f large (the financial aide); and they worked with my brother(who isn't a member) with a personal loan for an engagement ring. They are humble and kind! Good people.

      I have been a long standing member of this establishment and am generally content with my many banking experiences HOWEVER, I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with one of the RUDEST and MOST INCONSIDERATE member service reps on the planet. La Cap, please teach your employees to show a little compassion and empathy to the public especially in these trying times. After cutting me off as if my concerns were meaningless, she quickly connected me to Belinda—a pleasant individual who apologized profusely. Thank you Belinda!
