      This overall company is a nightmare. I’ve been with this bank for almost a decade and I’m finally ready to cancel my account. The only decent staff who worked here have long left the company and it’s time I leave as well. They are very transactional and do not treat customers with dignity and do nothing to assure memorable and kind experiences. Throughout the years I’ve had to speak on the phone with agents like Adriana Sara and her demeanor is very tumultuous, manipulative, and villain like. The employees are lackluster and seem like their work is torturous. There are many other branches with more equitable incentives. I don’t recommend at all.
