      Edit we got a quick response and someone upper in the bank called and they apologized and tried to make things right. My father passed away and I'm trying to close his accounts with my sisters. Due to their wait times and incorrect information told to me by the bank officer I had to run back and forth from a notary so I've wasted hours and money.

      I've been banking with LA financial credit Union for 4 years now I've never had no problems anything that I need they're there to answer my questions and make things clear the branch is right by my house so it's very convenient if I ever need to go in their customer service their customer service is great
