      Personally have never had a bad experience with this bank! Ladies are always nice and they are informative. I like the thank you messages they sometimes write on the envelopes for the money!

      I have been with this bank for years. Customer service has declined drastically. I highly recommend you to search for a better community bank. Unless you like being mistreated, looked down at, frowned upon, disrespected, or even possibly yelled at. Yes yelled at. Horrible staff zero stars 🌟
