  Horrible place. 30%of your income...I know it sounds good. But they are really good at swindling $$ out of people. I suggest you only live here if don't want to work ever. As soon as you earn any $$ they take 80%. You should never ask relatives for $$ to help you pay rent. LaSalle park homes will count your relatives income as your(tenants) income even if family helps with the just a little. If all you have is SSI; they take 80%. If you receive child support; they take 80% . It was hard to leave; for me. Because you don't pay utilities; gas, electric, or water. As soon as I started working they raised my rent to +or- $500. And when my youngest started on her disability payments; they raised my rent to +or- $700. Its low income property. But they are seriously theives. They received their keys on the 5th of the month and I was fully moved out by 6th or 7th...yet they still tried to have me pay full months rent. I left that home in beautiful condition...never received my security deposit back; which was regulation. Horrific place Also ; extremely high crime rate and horrid bed bug issues only solved on the tenants dime #YOU'VEbeenWARNED2018
