ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE... They refused to fund the deal after money was received by the buyer and all docs were in. It feels as if Tara has fun making you miserable. She invents problems, and after you fix one, she invents another. Our situation is now a disaster and will most likely end up in litigation. This place is causing problems on both sides.

Mr Lowe, first of all you used a notary that was related to you which makes the deed invalid and needs to be redone. Second of all I cannot fund anybody else but the seller. Per the state rules the paperwork trail must match. It is not my fault that your entity does not have a bank account which is odd in itself. As a title company we have to do our due diligence to make sure that a transaction is legit. Please respond to my email sent earlier and my voicemail left earlier today or I can cancel the file for non performance by the seller.
