Polite staff and empty waiting room (I was the only one there) which is why they were rated better than one star. But they could not find my appointment in their system. I had my confirmation number and my confirmation email from Labcorp, but they still could not find my appointment. I was asked if I could call someone to get it straightened out....well I would have called Labcorp but I was standing in Labcorp. I had to leave without having my scheduled testing completed. Update: I tried online scheduling again. Still showed as no appointment upon arrival despite confirmation number and email in hand. Able to get testing done this time. Increased to four stars for staff professionalism and polite attitude,

When quest diagnostic left me hanging, Haley at Labcorp got me taken care of! Haley was awesome, she made some phone calls & was able to get the blood work done i needed when quest closed their office without notifying their scheduled patients. Thank you Haley & thank you Labcorp!
