  I had the pleasure of working with Michael Merullo of the Bremis team and I can say that he was an incredible realtor to work with. He was always available to went above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Michael as a resource to buy or sell your home!

  I highly recommend Aaron Peoples and the Bremis Team for your home buying experience. I purchased my first home in the Medford area and when i started, i had no idea what i was doing or what i was looking for but Aaron showed me a variety of all different types of options and talked me through the pros/cons of each purchase and location. Aaron was very helpful and patient and walked me through the whole process a number of times once i finally got an offer accepted. He explained everything to me very clearly (and often repeated stuff) and made sure i understood what was happening during the entire purchase. Aaron was friendly, and knowledgeable and definitely wanted to help me find a place that matched everything i was looking for -not just a sale for him! He took me to a number of places, always fitting me into his schedule even at the very last minute or late at night. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but Aaron was also so fun to house hunt with and made the process really exciting, special and easy. He knew the market well, pointed out things in condos that i wasn’t noticing or didn’t think about (the good and the bad), and made sure i knew exactly what i was getting into in all of the places we visited. He also has the support of Irene Bremis, who has been in the business for 20 years and knows her stuff really well too and was a good second opinion. I really enjoyed working with Aaron because he was so invested in helping me find a place i really love, and made sure that i was happy and not just jumping into something. He was with me in every single step in the process, from visiting apartments, to talking to brokers, to the inspection and closing. He addressed all my concerns and was very reassuring during a scary process. He has also been in contact with me years after my closing – offering to help find roommates, or look as comps when I was considering purchasing another condo. Aaron was a huge asset in the home buying process and i wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. He made it easy and exciting and i knew he really wanted to do right by me! He was so easy to work with and i always felt like i was at the top of his priority list! He was cheerful, and sweet, and knowledgeable and i really feel like i came out of this process with a great condo and a new friend. I really wouldn’t have been able to do any of it without his help!

  I had a great experience working with Aaron and the Irene Bremis team. Aaron was extremely easy to work with--available whenever I needed him (nights, weekends, etc.), and always willing to accommodate my schedule (and answer my dumb questions). He was knowledgeable about the area, honest about the properties we looked at, and I really trusted his opinion and felt that he was always looking out for my best interest. We saw a lot of great properties, and although there were multiple interested buyers, I ended up with my first choice, which I attribute to Aaron's integrity, reliability, and genuine interest in helping people find their ideal home.
