      I bank online and don't have a brick and mortar to really visit. My daughter likes collecting old bills ($2 and $5), we go to the drive through and I let the teller know that my daughter wanted to ask but she doesn't really need to look very hard. I am greeted with a "are you a customer", which is a super valid question. I told her no but my daughter likes asking . . . was cut short with, I can't look if you are not a customer . . Went to Huntington Bank across the street. The teller pretended my daughter was a customer and swapped some 1s for a 2 dollar bill. Asked if we wanted to set up a little bank account for her. I have an appointment next week to get an account set up for us both. Probably not a bad bank, just not very human centric.
