      I recently switched banks for my business because I was changing my accounting method and needed a bank with a better structure to support a multi-account method. While there was definitely some set-up involve I want to celebrate the amazing service I had during the process. My online accounting system integration was down, and they actively pursued closing the gap --- even though it wasn't theirs to close --- followed up with me consistently and kept things moving so I was able to get it set-up correctly in my system. Also, the ACH transfers are lightning quick and moving money around is easy once you get past the set-up. The online system set-up is more complicated if you're used to a larger bank where everything is automated but I am really appreciating the stellar service that is setting Lake Elmo bank apart for me and it's well worth the trade off. We also set-up an account for my daughter there and they have been excellent at working with her to navigate set-up - which is a great opportunity for my tween to navigate these types of things and learn from them. It's a good switch and I'm glad I made it!
