      I found a property on Zillow that looked amazing. I called and Rhonda happen to be at the home sitting an open house.       We rented a beautiful house a year in advance for our family vacation, 7 weeks before our vacation I looked up pictures for Sullys retreat and realized it was no longer listed with lake Martin realty! I called and the head man said he didn’t even know the person who rented to us, his exact words were “ so your problem now is finding a vacation house for your family! “ no help at all, very cold, took no responsibility at all! I will NEVER rent from them again. At this point at lake Martin there is NOTHING available! His name is Steve and he doesn’t care! We love lake Martin, please don’t let this poor excuse for protocol keep you from booking, just use VRBO or big fish realty!

      Roaches EVERYWHERE. they don’t correctly spray. something is broke? THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIX IT. Not nice people.
