Have a business account with them and it is incredibly frustrating that they wont break large bills for my employees when I send one in to make change. Claim they need to be an authorized user on the account. Alternative is they want to swipe an ID to make change for a $20. (My staff really loves having their ID tracked to make change! insert eyeroll here) We are not making a withdrawal, just breaking a bill into smaller denominations. Attempted to play their game and it took the teller 5 minutes to process breaking a $20. Teller had to break out a manual to get instructions to break my $20. I asked the teller to help me understand why this is all necessary and they had no explanation. Just a blank look. Meanwhile manager Corey (Sp?) is hiding in her office and won't come out to help the teller who clearly needed some back up. Definitely not the easiest bank to do business with in the area and it has gone downhill the last few years since she began managing this branch. Unfortunate as we don't struggle like this with other locations.
