I have been going to this bank since it opened up and the staff is always so nice and polite. I am shocked they have such bad reviews. Everyone here has been always so nice and helpful

We will be switching our loans and accounts to another bank as soon as we move back down state. Who freezes your account the day before thanksgiving because they are not communicating with each other within the branch? There is a reason they have only a 2.8 rating. Especially Malissa, will never answer her phone and send you straight to voicemail. My advice is go to another credit union.

I was at this branch a couple days ago and a lady was head of me and the teller was practically yelling back at her. Everyone in the lobby knew exactly how much money she had in her checking and savings after the transactions. She talked to her like she was stupid. She was not hard of hearing, elderly, etc. When she finished the transaction and turned to leave, the customer turned around and looked so embarrassed. LMCU...do better.
