Had to go in because I had fraud done against my debit account. Losing $100 to Lyft rides for someone in San Francisco while I was working yesterday. Everything was fine until they forgot about me while they printed my card and looked at me while I sat there waiting for my card for 45 minutes. I was awkwardly looking at the woman who originally helped me for a long time. I was technically working so I called my boss and he suggested I go through the line again. Now I'm waiting behind 5 people in line still awkwardly looking. I'm 6'5",. It's pretty easy to notice me akwardly looking at you. I go through the entire line! Then I noticed a gentleman who came in about 10 minutes ago getting his card... I was upset. Then I was further pushed when the blonde woman with glasses sarcastically told me "thank you for waiting inline". I think she did it because she saw I was upset. I entered at 3:10 left at 4:05. Boss gave me the rest of the day off when I told what happened. Please respect our time! I don't care if you guys need to work and move slow but please don't just waste my time needlessly. Talk about feeling unwanted and unremarkable!

Long time LMCU member from back to the GRTCU days and this is a very nice facility inside and out. Quick Drive thru as well. No complaints and do not see the issues from other reviews. Friendly, thorough, efficient. Definitely Recommended.
