      For starters absolutely worst parking lot design I’ve ever seen in my life. Secondly I came And after Collier County remove the mask mandate and their employees were very rude and insisting that I wear a mask even when I told them I had a medical condition and I can’t wear a mask they told me that I had to use the teller drive-through out side and they won’t help me. Very unprofessional and sad to see both Manager and team member with this stance.
