      Because small personalized banking is going by the wayside, this was a refreshing change, especially with Keyna as representatives of the bank having just closed an account with a bank that had been bought out twice I'm here to tell you it's nice when people walk in the door and they know your name and they are wanting to do business with you. I love this bank and will stay with them.
