      I can't say enough nice things about the employees who work here. They are always fun and upbeat and I enjoy them when I visit.

      When they send out a statement, they don't include an envelope or return address. I sent out a payment and it was returned saying not deliverable address. If you want your money send your members a envelope with return address. It's the least you could do. Time to step up and take care of your members. Why do we live in Traverse City and have to send things to Grand Rapids. So much for keeping it local. Very disspointed.

      I called in to get an auto loan because they were the cheapest in town at the time. When I was able to speak to a person she had no clue how to help. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
