      Always love going here. Jeff helped me yesterday and was super nice and helpful. I've been with LMCU since I was a kid when it was teachers credit union. Never left them, and always refer friends to them

      I have been an LMCU member for over 25 yrs back when it was G.R. Teacher's CU; it is my opinion and experience that LMCU is a great place where my family has done business here for years with several accounts and services. It is more than frustrating to have this Branch be on my way to & from work knowing this Branch has it's customer service issues not only inside but with the drive thru as well. Yes, I have brought these concerns up and discussed with managers, directors & Hq as I have tried to overlook and give 2nd & 3rd chances yet this location has a lack of quality, customer care & service. So instead, I make plans to visit other locations to stay clear and find out that the others branches are in fact run with higher customer care & service.

      When I mentioned to the clerk that we were adopting she was very sweet and excited for me and my family. She must have made note of that because then we received a deposit into our account that afternoon from LMCU! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for being a family centered company! That brought tears of joy to my eyes!
