      HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! I have waited a month and a half almost two for my bank. The branch manager stopped taking my calls so a man started(Santos) he is highly nonchalant. This bank has let me down terribly I will be switching first chance I get

      This bank is terrible. Terrible customer service. I was made fun of jokingly at a sit down meeting with a loan officer, which was very unprofessional. They are not advocates of customer service or trained to "put people first". I was never called to forward the processing of my loan, but instead I always had to call them to further the loan to closure. You would think that a place that is literally taking all of your money would care more about making their customers happy. Not only that but they have messed up paperwork that cost me money and resulted in the denial of my first mortgage request. They have never reached out to apologize for inconveniences or accepted any responsibility for the things they have neglected to do or take care of. Dealing with this bank for the past two years has been a nightmare.
