Spent more time in waiting room than with tax preparer. I know our tax prep is simple so I had hoped to get some questions answered about future planning as elderly parent is moving in with us. Nope, can only help with this year's taxes. $185 for 10 mins of their time. To top it off I called with a question about this year's taxes about a week after I saw them and they have yet to call me or email back...another week later. Will not use again. Edit: just reviewed our bank statement and found they overcharged us $100 on top of the $185 fee. Can't even do their own bookkeeping . Bad customer service, rude on telephone and still unresolved. Today I was told that the total is $285 and basically tough luck. Then they hung up on me. What a great way to do business.
