I know people are leaving less than 5 * reviews, but Lake Trust has always been there for me whenever I need them. I've had to get new debit and credit cards twice since last year; the latest was yesterday just before closing. When I realized my account had been hacked I called the branch office right away and within the hour they made an in person appointment for me. They met me at the door, gave me a new card and had already cancelled my old card. It is easy to write a negative review when we're not happy, but Lake Trust needs to hear the positive remarks when we're pleased! Thank you!!

Lake Lansing Road site very unfriendly. This site so much better. At least the ATMs work at this location.

BUYER BEWARE! No direct phone line to your local branch so if you get locked out doing online banking your're screwed! The Lake Trust 888 generic number will put you on hold for hours and its ONLY number for ALL branch offices. You have to go in person to get any assistance with online lockouts. The branch staff are great but the general organization is NOT user friendly!
