  The new machines always have problems, it used to take less than 10 minutes to go now it almost always takes over 20.

  Where to begin. First it started with this branch denying me reactivating my account because someone bad stolen my identity and used it at a different bank for $500 under a name that obviously wasn't mine. Got that fixed and they still denied me an account. Had to have my wife as the main account holder. So I have no other accounts then right? So when I make a deposit it should go into our account right? NOPE. They deposit it into my old account that was closed and they denied me of reopening. After them doing that several times, I have to say put it into my joint account with my wife to get it in the correct account and they still denied me once thereafter. Fed up with that, I let it slide. They have the worst rates so we instantly paid off our loan. Our most recent problem, which led to this negative review is the fact that the wife and I both have went to make separate transactions and they have messed it up. (one teller in particular). Today we asked for $xxx transfered from savings to checking and then an additional $xxx withdrawn in cash from checking and the same teller would take our cash withdrawn we wanted from our transfer to checking. We do this in person so we're not limit to 5 transaction limit from savings. But with her doing this, we have to go back and do another transfer in person. Which we live 20 minutes away. This has happened several times now and this is our last straw. We will be switching to MSUFCU where they know what there doing and beat ANY rates LakeTrust has. See ya!
