      We have been members for a very long time. Great tools and resources. Excellent customer service.

      We have had an RV loan with Lake Trust Credit Union and it has not been the best customer experience that we have ever had. There are fees for everything that you want to do, it is difficult when you want to make extra payments, and we have to leave messages for call backs when wanting to speak with customer service. Once you are able to speak with someone, their services are not always timely. We have recently purchased another RV and are using another credit union to get away from Lake Trust CU. We only use Credit Unions for our financials but we won't be using this one again.

      Their internet and mobile banking are unwieldy. No interest on checking accounts, and notifications for account changes are a week or more delayed. They have been cutting back on services consistently ever since they stopped being State Employees Credit Union. I have been a member since 1991 and I am dissolving my account. Lake Michigan Credit Union is the place to be in the Grand Rapids Area.
