      Ive never been to this location, but a banker from a different location gave me someone elses account information. I used that account for my direct deposit. I call and explain only to be told they cant transfer the funds to my account. Very disappointing.

      After a year with Lakeland I've changed my mind. They are so helpful during all this virus outbreak. They could give excuses (like chase bank) but they don't. Dan spent 20 mins on the phone with me to open another account for me. The websites are crazy, as are the phones, but he spent the time to help me. THANK YOU!
