I have gone to this branch on numerous occassions; I have always found the staff to be very professional, courteous, and helpful.

I've been to a lot of lakeland Banks, and they're all pretty good. But I have to say this is the worst one there is. They do not understand the term "but this check in as cash" 3 weeks in a row I got stuck buying groceries. The final straw that made me write this bad review is that this morning I had to cash my check but there manager forgot her keys and all the employees were just standing outside not knowing what to do. I waiting until 9:15 because I was in a rush to get back to work. Do yourselves a favor and drive the extra few miles to another lakeland, you'll be much happier

Terrible !!!!! I can't get through to you after numerous attempts on the phone . this is totally uncalled for . As soon as I get back to the States I will definitely close my account. I've never had this frustrating experience.
