      been using this bank for 3 years and onky just now running into issues. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE AN ACTUAL PROBLEM. So far this week ive apparently was able to overdraft, bounce positive, only to bounce farther negative with no explanation other than i had my days confused somehow. Oh and Veronica at the Sulphur branch likes to ask if youre dyslexic...how did she land in a customer facing role?
