      I used to like this bank, but lately they haven't been cleared with me, making changes in my loan without notifying me, making excuses about they try to reach me by mail, they have my phone number if is important they should call or make an effort but these changes only affects me not them they didn't care. Really upset with this bank.

      I am disappointed and in shock at how this bank treated me after me being hacked from a gas pump .I lost close to 300 dollars and still haven't gotten my money. I was told to get police report and file case number with bank and I did. I've been hung up on . Treated like I'm bothering them . I am out of money and I live pay check to pay check . I am out of gas and out of food. I had to borrow money from a friend to get buy until I get paid. I am so hurt and mad . The bank hasn't once said sorry just been rude at both branches paris and reno . I am finally told I have to wait ten days to get my money. I will close my account asap. Don't get a account here. They care nothing about their customers .
