  Phillip and his team came through like a champ for me and my family once again. Phillip recently provided services for a home refi as this is my 2nd time using Philip and Landhome financial Services. The first being the purchase of our home back in 2016. This time was just as smooth and wonderful experience as the 1st time. Going into the process I anticipated an intricate and time consuming experience, but Phillip proved me wrong. It was just the opposite and reasonably effortless and stress free. Phillip and his team practically did most of the work. There were a few minor concerns that I had, however when talking with Phillip he always made me feel highly confident and good about the questions and issues that I inquired about. Phillip makes you feel as if everything will be fine and he actually tackled and ironed out every little wrinkle we encountered. He actually went beyond and exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile for what I had asked for. His analytical and problem solving skills are exceptional. Phillip is a consummate professional and an expert in his craft. He works diligently for you and is in constant contact with important and relevant updates with your loan. I never had an issue reaching out to Phillip and he is exceptional with returning correspondents in a timely fashion. He always came through and never had a moment that I felt let down.   Phillip is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and warm-hearted. He and his Land Home team are there for you every step of the way. As first-time home buyers in an extremely competitive housing market, we had many questions and concerns, yet were reassured that we were in good hands with Phillip and Land Home.
