      I must say, shopping for a mortgage company was not easy. I was referred to Land Home Financial Services through an agent (Tim) not knowing what to expect, I went for it! I am so glad I chose them. Michael Patterson, the branch manager and his team was definitely the best to work with. Michael has extensive knowledge to offer, and takes the time to answer any and all questions I had. His hardworking team Krista, Timothy and Roderiko made this an enjoyable, easy going, and learning experience. Great communication!
