Dustin has expertly advised us locking in the interest rate, tailoring the loan to our situation, and tracking all the various milestones for a successful escrow closing. Worked with Richmond. Terrible, worst experience. He wouldn't get back to us for days, then could not understand what we sent him. He is beyond ill-qualified. Completely unprofessional. Do not do business with him!
