He is quick to answer or follow-up on communications, and was always willing to talk us through any questions, concerns, or just curiosities we had - both about our home loan, and the home buying process. We would work with him again!

  Land home financial is a great company but specifically working with Amy Waitman is the best experience. We were so happy with Amy after she helped with our original purchase we called her again to refinance when our remodel was finished. Amy is so easy to reach no matter the time or question and she does such a great job of making things easy to understand. We always know what to expect when we’re working with Amy you can’t be in better hands!

  This is the worst financial experience I have ever been through and I am only trying to recast my loan. The people have been fine but no one can answer your questions or they just give you a can statement...it is in process...you can’t talk to a supervisor because they are busy.. they will call you back in 48 hours...didn’t happen. This has been going on for 36 days, I know they are busy but a little info would be nice. I asked if I should make this house payment and they couldn’t answer that. Fiancé local you will be much happier
