  Derek was a godsend. He walked me though every step of the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer I didn't know where to start. Derek made sure I was able to get approved and gave me areas to work on with my credit when we ran into issues. He asked how much we wanted to pay each month total and factored in taxes and insurance into that total number so we had a very close estimate to the budget we needed to only pay that monthly amount. He handled everything for us, we just gave him our information. He found us a realtor in our area when we said we didn't have one, which was awesome. He even answered my dumb questions about the process and homes in general, without making me feel dumb. I will definitely seek him out for any future home loan needs.

  Mark provided outstanding service...he provided great consultation, guidance, advice, education, etc. throughout the whole process. His expertise, experience and knowledge were really comforting as we navigated through the buying process. Mark has tremendous people skills (we loved working with him), he knows the home lending industry extremely well (best we ever worked with) and he is very organized. Mark and LHFS get our highest recommendation.
