  Mark was incredibly transparent through the whole process and made sure that we knew all of our numbers and how we got them. He was very sincere in everything he did and made this process incredibly easy and made us feel like we were in safe hands the entire time. For as long as Mark is in this business, he is who I will be recommending.

  Been on hold for 20 minutes before I've even spoken to a rep yet. And yall won't give us the decency of online payments and still charge late fees? Trash customer service.

  While working with land home, things seemed constantly unorganized, and a bit chaotic. I can go on forever about details, but here's the biggest reasoning for one star. The company needed to verify my employment. To do so, they sent documents containing my husband and my social security number and personal information to my companies generic email address. They didn't verify who ran the email, and the email went to several people within my company, which I definitely was not comfortable with. I'd like to think that they'd be more sensitive with my information and who they're sending it to. I will say that Caleb was really nice, polite, and professional the entire time.
