  I’ll never work with Land Rover financial again. Sold my car to a dealership, they had proof of funds being delivered on a certain date. Land Rover financial isn’t releasing these funds until almost 1 full month later! Terrible part is that when I complained and spoke to a supervisor, I was told that I actually received faster service than most! Don’t do it people, find a quality lender.

  Complete dissatisfaction with your service and consequently your product. I paid in full an account for my first Rover over a year ago. I was convinced by the salesman to terminate my lease early to start into a much luxury and expensive new Rover. I was roped into a deal to enter a new lease contract before the expiration of this old lease agreement. I ended up paying for two high-end vehicles while only using one, Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale have the old one. This debacle was already a bitter experience. Fast forward to the end of 2021, and I found that Land Rover reported the prior vehicle under the closed account as active on the credit bureau and as "unsatisfied" within your internal records. I contacted the lease department yesterday, December 17, 2021, and, after the usual "ops sorry for the inconvenience" I was informed an investigation will be open and could take up to 60 days before it's finished and reported to the credit bureau. Not only are they tarnishing my perfect credit history, but have the audacity of doubting me. Not even the offering of proof of the canceled checks to expedite the cleaning of their mess was an option! I am beyond disappointed! Your services and your vehicle will be the last option I would ever consider in the future! Oh how I miss my Cadillac Escalade! Buy American!

  Land Rover Financial/Chase is the worst lender I have ever dealt with in my life. My brand new vehicle was flooded in Hurricane Sally and Land Rover Financial refused to allow my insurance company to send them a settlement amount and let me continue to make my payments as per my contract and keep driving and paying for the damaged vehicle. The customer has to make their payments no matter what happens to their vehicle so why should the bank be any different just because my car was damaged. I am considering hiring a lawyer on principle even though you could never win against an army of bank lawyers. So I hope this review does more damage to their company by sending customers to other lenders.
