      I bought a house 10 months ago and asked this company to reissue the title on a refi. They have to do practically no additional work, but they refuse to offer reissue rates that many other title companies would offer at a reduced rate. The rates they offer are higher than what can be found anywhere online for BRAND NEW title work. SHOP AROUND FOR BETTER RATES!!! What a scam.

      I love Land Title. After bouncing around title companies for several years I landed at Land Title over 10 years ago. I have never looked back and never considered going anywhere else.
