      We went to Anna Burr’s firm after trying unsuccessfully to complete wills on Legal Zoom. Anna made the process painless and quick. Three weeks later we finally have our documents signed and notarized. We should have done this to begin with. Her office is off Parker Road and easy to get to.

      We have been having trouble with Land Title for over a year and a half since we initially used them for closing. They didn't have us sign all of the paperwork that was needed for our closing, so we had to return several weeks later to sign the paperwork they were missing. Then they proceeded to submit our title paperwork incorrectly to the city. This has resulted in over a year and a half of problems. They refuse to fix incorrectly submitted title paperwork despite multiple other offices throughout the city and county of Denver directly reporting to them that they were at fault. Mistakes happen, but they have simply doubled down and won't acknowledge or correct their mistakes. Edited 6/9/2020: Within 24 hours of writing this review I was contacted by Land Title. Within 3 hours of being contacted a VP at Land Title was able to figure out how to fix our ongoing issue. We were able to sign the paperwork we needed to sign within a week. The paperwork has been submitted and (fingers crossed) we will not have any more problems.

      If your using this company to do your closing make sure you call all the utility company’s to check to see if your name is no longer on the bill . I closed on 8-19-19 and still trying to get my money back for the water bill still haven’t received a check. Today’s date 10-8-19 What a MESS. Call the title Company every day until it is taken care of because they won’t call you when there is a problem . ☹️
