Started banking with them when I lived in Lenexa and they were Citizens, in 1992. Was so sad when they were bought by Landmark..but it turns out they are still the same great people, offering excellent customer services! I no longer live close, but I can't imagine banking anywhere else. They go above and beyond whenever I have an issue. Customer for life!

They aren't bad of a bank but don't care for the new policy they have on opening a new account with them and then depositing a new check. I was told one thing about when ill see the money on my bank account and then was told something else otherwise. Otherwise, I would speak highly other than those miscommunications.

I have been with this bank since it was Citizens National in the 1990s, then Citizens, and now Landmark. When I used to actually go inside to take care of things, they knew me by name. Now I do almost all of my banking online, so they don’t know my name anymore, but it still feels like visiting friends if I need to go inside for in-person help. I can truly say that I love my bank! 😊
