We closed on a property recently. Early this month we emailed documents with Jessica. At the closing we learned several details that were not to our liking. The closer was very curt and got another woman to “explain” the issue to us. This woman did not say hello or unfortunately she just repeated what the other woman said. They took no responsibility for their failure at customer service and to communicate. Let me compare - we bought a house in a flood zone. Farmers insurance took their time and explained several details to us, mentioning that since we were new, we might need to know. Landsell didn’t do that. Their solution, after not taking ownership for not helping us out, was to delay the closing. They were rude. They Lacked customer service and the final touch? Several weren’t wearing masks.
