I have had two banking challenges in the past three weeks and I was so impressed with both of the tellers that helped me initially and the additional staff as they got involved. This level of kind and efficient customer service really helps when something difficult occurs. Congrats to whoever handles customer service training at this branch!

Excellent customer service today at the George Washington Highway branch. I had had difficulty accessing my online banking, and Beth and Tony who were serving as cashier customer service reps were both knowledgeable and patient! This makes so much difference to customers...a personal touch when more is needed than the robo assistant. Thanks again to them both and to the management!
