This "seamless" merger has been a COMPLETE nightmare! First they duplicated my accounts, which I was assured would not happen but it did. Then instead of just merging the 2 duplicate accounts, they decided to throw my mom's account in with it. Then they tried to blame me and claim that we had a joint account. We NEVER have. I was assured that there would be no issue with my rent that I paid prior to the merger. Guess what? I just got notified that my Venmo has been frozen because my payment was rejected due to account being closed! The hold time to get a human to get each problem fixed has been ridiculous. Especially considering that I've had to call mutiple times to fix problems y'all created. I'm just estatic at the thought of wasting another hour of my life on Monday, sitting on hold to fix yet another problem. I appreciate that I could get my car loan refinanced but I don't appreciate being lied to, repeatedly. Thanks Langley! More stress, anxiety, and problems is exactly what I needed right now. Hit that "seamless" part head on!

I have tried for four days to access my account. I have talked to four different people. Used chat, and have been told two or more times that someone would call me. No one has called and I can not get into my account. I may close my account if this is the way Langley handles business. I' am very dis-satisfied!
