  WOW! What can I say? After 20 years in real estate I've had vast experiences with non-traditional lenders and for that reason, I have avoided them like the plague. I found myself in the need for a quick cash out transaction and reluctantly picked up the phone to run through the circuit of hard money lenders. Sure enough, I'm met with sarcastic, arrogant, obnoxious salespeople who are looking to gouge borrowers and spout empty promises. After three attempts and almost giving up (based solely on my unwillingness to do business with unprofessional individuals) I called Lantzman Lending and Joel answered the phone. I had never heard of the company nor had I been referred. IMMEDIATELY, Joel listened intently and understood EXACTLY what I was looking to accomplish. Even better, he was one of the decision makers...that is a huge factor. Within minutes I was quoted and promised a quick three day close since I had already opened escrow, as long as I took care of my end of things. I thought to myself, "Yeah right, here we go again with over promising and under delivering." This was last Thursday. I SIGNED LOAN DOCS ON MONDAY, FUNDED TUESDAY....UNREAL. Not only was the service the best I've seen in 20 years, but the rate was 2% LOWER and the fee was .5% LOWER than my previous three quotes. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THESE GUYS!!!! THANKS AGAIN, LANTZMAN TEAM!!

  They are Fast and Efficient with any loan they process. I have had done 2 loan with them and words can describe there effort and expertise when helping me get financed. Bottom line is they can get you loan in a day or two if you own a house free and clear. There rates are very good as well. Other Hard Money places will take minimally a week to process a loan. For Hard Money Lantzman Lending is the only way to go

  I first received a small loan from Lantzman Lending in 2011 for a small 300k development property in Glassel Park. Nine years later I'm still using Lantzman for 4M plus projects. o deal is to small or big as long as it meets their very reasonable guidelines. They offer both acquisitions, and construction loans at competitive rates and easy quick underwriting. Common sense approach although the deal must make sense. . Amongst other developers, my first referral for private money is Justin Lantzman and Lantzman Lending. Most importantly, they are good guys Family outfit you can trust!
