      Incredible shop. Walked in, was greeted immediately! Was helped numerous times. Guys genuinely cared that I was taken care of. All I did was INQUIRE about my necklace getting fixed. And they just took it to the jeweler and knocked it out FREE OF CHARGE. Talk about customer service. While I waited, cause I had no idea, the reps held decent conversation. It's a fantastic selection of jewelry and tools in the shop as well. I'm happy, satisfied, and surely recommend. I even watched them help pawn some stuff for 2 ppl while I was there and the gentleman in front of me need his ring smoothed out. They took care of ALL OF US! Truly hope you have just as an amazing experience as I did. I wasn't there long either.

      Brought four rings in. Was offered help told them wanted to sell four rings. Asked what I wanted to get out of them. I asked for their offer and maybe some info on the rings, I was trying to get a fair price. He told me “I’m not going to waste my time, while you shop around looking for the best price”. I left. Lol.

      I went at open 9:00 to check it out I was thinking maybe see what jewelry they might but they would not open because they were still putting jewelry out …either change your open time or have your employees come in early I left at 9:10 with them still not open
