Fire Josh. The manager of this company for trying to STEAL our car that is under my mothers name. Title is under my mothers name. But Josh here, tried to steal it back.

Was approved for a vehicle. Had issues with paperwork (partly my son's fault). The salesman told the bank to forget about the loan. Had to call them back to start the Ioan over again, not only once, but twice. My son was given one vehicle as an option to purchase. Just one. This was before we could even see the vehicle. The salesman said he would have the vehicle brought over for us to drive. Two hours later no vehicle. They couldn't find it. My son and I left told the salesman to call him when he found the car. This morning my son calls the salesman and was told that they had only gone through one bank and needed to check more. Why. He was already approved. The salesman was told to destroy the paperwork. Sales people are lazy and they dont care. Dont waste your time. This is at the Puyallup dealership
