Wow, looks like all their responses are that they "are under new management." That is not the case at all. We dealt with the owner of this company "Latimer County Abstract and Title" two years ago and again last month (and are STILL trying to get our documents). She is very unprofessional and does not care about the clients needs at all. Please beware of this business, and go with a different title company!!!

I have bought and sold MANY parcels of land in SE Oklahoma, and have used Latimer County Abstract & Title for ALL of my closings in that area. I'm completely satisfied with their work, their efficiency, and the value they provided for our transactions. Met with a group of land investors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area yesterday, many of whom are also working in SE Oklahoma. I did not hesitate to recommend Latimer County Abstract & Title for all their closings.
