      This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The ATM never works, the ATM almost never takes cash deposits or checks and now the ATM ate my money! Literally ate my money. My hard earned money that I was depositing is gone the machine didn’t even return it. The customer services is horrible. I tried calling the number they provided and it’s just a machine you can’t even get to a real person until working office hours.. are you kidding me?? Customer service is supposed to be 24/7 or if not at least have one! If I could give this bank a 0 star I would. I have tried calling everywhere and I got directed to a credit union line guess what? They don’t have access to the bank 😂😂😂 I can’t. Go else where.

      This bank those not deserve a single star, they never fix any of your issues in the account, disputes always end up in they dont see nothing wrong so if ur money is gone its gone thats nothing they can do they never ever are able to fix any of ur issues besides they take for ever to tell you so, it takes them months to not resolve ur issues things that others bank take hours
