      I had the pleasure of Trinity Mcnenrey being my teller. Of course because of the detailed transitions involved. Shelley had to approve (as required). I felt confident as Trinity explained what was needed and kept me informed thru the entire process. I feel both did do as Launch advertised. They both went beyond what I expected. I also feel safe banking at Launch with their precautions. Thank you.
