      I enjoy opening up my new account at launch the people inside were very courteous friendly and very professional they asked me what I needed when I came in there I explained to him the accounts I wanted to open up and they took good care of everything quickly and professionally and I enjoyed the experience at the branch I will be willing to recommend lost credit union to other people because I believe it's a great place to do business

      I was so very pleased with my experience today at Launch Credit Union. It was so nice to have a person (Kayla) to welcome you and ask to assist you. She was very professional and pleasant throughout the process of opening the accounts. Also helpful in answering all of my questions. I am certainly recommending Launch to my family and friends.
