      While there are many agents who can help you sell or purchase a home there are few who make you feel like they're taking care of family and that's how Laura made us FEEL. The fact that she gives back to the music program at the local middle school and high school is far beyond the majority of realtors I've seen. Music is the most under funded program in every school district and I really value somebody that goes above and beyond to support that need. There's a saying in real estate "WIN-WIN" or no deal. However with Laura it's a triple win because the kids WIN too. Even if you don't have children or school-age children any longer remember ....they are our future leaders not to mention how music enhances their education across the board. We were so very happy with the representation Laura gave us that we referred her to siblings looking to join us here in the Coachella Valley. Another home run from Laura Lake. Thank you Laura for all your undying support and unwavering persistence and patience in purchasing our first home as husband and wife. We look forward to building a portfolio with you as our agent in the future
