      I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with Laura! She recently listed and sold my property, and she made it so easy for me. We talked about what the property needed to have done prior to the listing, and how Berkshire Hathaway can help when it comes to staging the property. She set the perfect price and sale conditions, and the home sold very quickly, after receiving multiple offers. She represented my interests very well, and helped me navigate through several offers that all seemed very similar, but had enough slight differences to move one to the top spot. All the potential buyers were prequalified, but Laura makes note of who the lenders are in each case, and can tell you which ones will work to close quickly, and which ones tend to drag things out a bit. I'm almost sad that I don't have another property to list with her :) Give her a call .. or email ... or text...if you need her services. She'll respond no matter how you contact her.
